Capabilities
Walco operates a 50,000+ sq. ft. facility powered by 1,200 amps of 480V three-phase service, supporting extensive material handling with overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and high-capacity docks. The shop includes eight weld stations, 13 industrial welders, CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic presses, steel punches, drill presses, industrial saws, and paint dipping tanks. With dedicated storage and staging areas, Walco also hosts customer-installed equipment, making it a strong partner for expanding production without adding facility space.
